Welcome to my page of quotations, proverbs, and literary metaphors about scorpions, a creature that loves it here in the Arizona desert. Not an insect yet not really a spider, these dreaded arthropods are interesting beings. Fortunately, they do not seek out human victims but save their stings for defense.
